A great example is our Deputy Restaurant Manager — a true wine expert who wanted to deepen his expertise even futher. After completing a challenging 18-month part-time trainung program at the IHK Koblenz, he successfully passed his Sommelier examination in 2017. A valuable achievemnt for both him and us
