The Schindelbruch Spa is a place where stress and the hustle and bustle of everyday life are left behind, because together we want to create a haven of well-being for our guests. Located right on the edge of the forest, our bathhouse features two separate swimming pools, relaxing quiet zones, a rooftop terrace, a sauna village, Kneipp pools, and treatment rooms. At the hotel’s own fitness center and in the adjacent exercise room, the focus is on achieving physical and mental balance. Our expert trainers also offer a daily rotating exercise program. You can also work out outdoors on two tennis courts and a volleyball court.

The Hospitality Sector
Being a host with all our heart means ensuring that guests feel at home in the hotel from the very first moment. In fact, that welcoming atmosphere begins even before guests arrive—from the very first point of contact. Our employees embody a philosophy of genuine warmth in their interactions with guests.
The Front Office/Reservations department has the following job roles: Front Desk Manager, Assistant Front Desk Manager, Front Office Shift Leader, Front Desk Associate, Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Reservations Associate. You’ll coordinate inquiries and bookings, welcome guests, address guest concerns, ensure everything runs smoothly… and, ideally, always do so with a friendly smile.
The Food Service Sector
We don’t like off-the-shelf products, and that’s why we aren’t looking for “ready-made” employees, but rather people with a passion for fine dining and creative cuisine. With our restaurants at the Naturresort & Spa Schindelbruch and the Hotel & Spa Suiten Freiwerk, we’ve created culinary beacons that stand for diverse, seasonal, and regionally inspired cuisine of the highest caliber. Our culinary experts in the kitchen work alongside service staff whose enthusiasm for their profession is evident to every guest. Here, it’s not just fun to be a guest—it’s also fun to work here!
The Administration & Services Sector
Just under 200 meters above Stolberg lies the small, idyllic hamlet of Hainfeld. This is where the headquarters of Ritter von Kempski Privathotel & Resorts GmbH are located. In addition to the financial accounting and general administration departments, the hunting and forestry association is also headquartered there. Nestled in nature, overlooking Stolberg with a fantastic view of the valley—now that’s a great place to work!
The Clinical Sector
With the acquisition of the Malteser Clinic Dr. von Weckbecker in Bad Brückenau, the Ritter von Kempski Group is taking another important step toward the future of integrative medicine. As of January 1, 2026, the renowned specialty clinic for naturopathic treatments has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the group. With the official handover on February 24, 2026, a new and exciting phase begins for this time-honored institution.
For decades, the clinic has been known for holistic therapeutic fasting and a unique focus on the person as a whole. This is precisely where we want to build upon: We combine proven medical expertise with new ideas, modern concepts, and a contemporary philosophy of health.
For us, expanding into the health sector is a logical step. With the UNIVITA Kurklinik in the Sauerland region, the Ritter von Kempski Group already brings experience in operating medical facilities. The Dr. von Weckbecker Clinic ideally complements this portfolio—professionally, strategically, and, above all, with great potential for the future.
