Your Work Area
Being a host with all your heart means ensuring that guests feel at home in the hotel from the very first moment. In fact, that welcoming atmosphere begins even before they arrive—on the phone, in emails, and from the very first point of contact. Our staff embodies a philosophy of genuine warmth in their interactions with guests.
In the Reception/Reservations department—which, so to speak, serves as the nerve center of our two hotels—the following positions are available: Front Desk Manager, Assistant Front Desk Manager, Front Office Shift Manager, Front Desk Associate, Reservations Manager, Assistant Reservations Manager, and Reservations Associate. You’ll coordinate inquiries and bookings, welcome guests, address guest concerns, ensure everything runs smoothly… and, ideally, always do so with a friendly smile.
